Purpose: To ensure safe, secure, lawful and responsible use of AI-powered services and automation workflows.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use our services to engage in or support any of the following:
A. Illegal Activities
- Fraud, identity theft or scams
- Money laundering or financial crimes
- Distribution of pirated or illegal content
- Violation of local, state, national or international laws
B. Abuse or Misuse of AI
- Generating harmful or misleading information
- Creating deepfakes with malicious intent
- Automating harassment or targeting individuals
- Producing spam or bulk unsolicited messages
- Manipulating public opinion or elections
C. Harmful Communications
- Hate speech or violence
- Harassment, bullying or abuse
- Defamation of individuals or organizations
- Threats or intimidation
D. Security Violations
- Hacking or unauthorized access to systems
- Uploading malware, spyware or harmful scripts
- Phishing or deceptive impersonation
- Disrupting networks or automation workflows
E. Misuse of WhatsApp, Email or SMS Automations
- Sending bulk unsolicited messages (spam)
- Using WhatsApp API without consent
- Automating misleading or abusive messages
- Violating communication platform policies
2. Fair Usage of AI Systems
AI tools must be used responsibly. You agree NOT to:
- Overload AI systems with excessive requests
- Attempt to reverse engineer AI models
- Interfere with other users’ access
- Use AI outputs for harmful or illegal purposes
3. Data & Privacy Obligations
You must ensure that:
- You have legal rights to submit customer data to AI systems
- You do not upload private or confidential data without permission
- All WhatsApp/voice interactions follow consent-based usage
- You comply with local data protection laws (DPDP Act 2023, GDPR where applicable)
4. Restrictions on Automated Calling & Messaging
When using voice bots, WhatsApp bots or SMS workflows, you agree not to:
- Start campaigns without customer consent
- Automate abusive or misleading content
- Violate TRAI, WhatsApp, Twilio or communication rules
- Send messages outside permitted business categories
5. Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for the content generated, uploaded or transmitted through our services. We do not monitor content proactively but reserve the right to remove or block content that violates this Policy.
6. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to services, without refund, if you:
- Violate this Acceptable Use Policy
- Engage in harmful or illegal behavior
- Misuse AI tools or automation systems
- Pose security risks to our platform or other users
7. Third-Party Services
Our AI and automation services integrate with third-party platforms (WhatsApp API, OpenAI, Twilio, CRMs, etc.). You must comply with their respective policies, including:
- WhatsApp Business API Policy
- OpenAI Usage Policy
- Twilio Messaging & Calling Policy
- Google & Meta Advertising Policies
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated “Last Updated” date.
