This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments for AI chatbot development, automation services, voice assistants, predictive analytics, consulting, and subscription plans offered by Digisoft AI Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1. General Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments must be made in full before service activation unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- Invoices must be paid within the due date mentioned.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Payment Links (Stripe / Razorpay)
- Recurring subscription billing
3. Subscription Payments
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance during renewal.
- If renewal fails, services may be paused until payment is completed.
- No refunds are offered on subscription renewals once billed.
4. Custom Project Payments
For custom AI chatbot/automation development, payments follow this structure:
- 50% advance before project initiation
- 50% on completion before final delivery
Work will begin only after advance payment is received.
5. Delayed or Failed Payments
We reserve the right to:
- Pause or suspend services after 7 days of non-payment
- Charge late fees where applicable
- Restrict access to dashboards or automation workflows
6. Third-Party Charges
Our services may require integration with third-party platforms. These charges are billed directly by the provider and are NOT included in our service fees:
- WhatsApp Business API charges
- Cloud hosting fees
- AI model usage (OpenAI, Google, etc.)
- SMS, email or calling credits
- CRM subscription fees
These costs are non-refundable and must be paid directly by the client.
7. Currency Conversion & International Payments
- International clients may be charged in USD or other major currencies.
- Conversion charges by payment gateways are borne by the client.
- International card processing fees may apply.
8. Invoices & Billing
Invoices are issued via email or through the billing dashboard and include:
- Service name and scope
- Billing cycle
- Tax details (GST where applicable)
- Payment due date
9. Taxes & GST
- GST applies as per Indian taxation laws for applicable services.
- Clients must provide a valid GSTIN if they require GST credit.
- International clients are billed without GST as per export-of-services rules.
10. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your invoice. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for adjustments.
11. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
Payments for AI, automation, and analytics services cover the development, deployment and support of tools. We do not guarantee:
- Lead generation
- Revenue growth
- Operational improvements
- Customer acquisition
12. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, subscription payments and completed project fees are non-refundable.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this Payment Policy without prior notice. Changes become effective once posted on this page.
