This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Digisoft AI Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides refunds and cancellations for AI chatbot development, automation workflows, voice bots, data analytics solutions, consulting and related digital services.
1. General Policy
All services offered by Digisoft AI Solutions are digital, customized and service-based. Therefore, under normal circumstances, payments made for onboarding, development or subscription services are non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered at all.
- A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
- A critical issue exists that prevents service delivery and cannot be resolved.
- No work has started on a custom project at the time of refund request.
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- You change your mind after purchasing a service.
- You are unable to provide required access, data or information on time.
- A third-party platform fails (WhatsApp API, OpenAI, Twilio, hosting, etc.).
- You are dissatisfied due to a misunderstanding of the service scope.
- You discontinue using the service midway.
3. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time.
- Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.
- Previous payments are non-refundable.
4. Custom Project Cancellations
You may cancel a custom AI or automation project within 48 hours of payment ONLY if development work has not begun.
No refunds will be issued once:
- Initial planning or workflow setup has started
- API integrations have been configured
- N8N workflows or AI prompts have been prepared
- Any portion of the deliverables has been created
5. Delivery Time & Delays
All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
- Client approvals & content availability
- Third-party API limitations
- Technical dependencies
- Scope changes
Delays caused by third-party services or client-side issues are not eligible for refunds.
6. Third-Party Charges
We are not responsible for charges billed directly by third-party platforms such as:
- WhatsApp Business API providers
- OpenAI, Google Cloud, ElevenLabs
- SMS/Email/Calling providers
- CRM or hosting services
Such charges are subject to their respective terms and are not refundable by us.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us at:

- Include your name and registered email
- Include payment receipt or transaction ID
- State the reason for the refund request
8. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
9. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue improvements or lead generation results from the use of our AI tools and automation services.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
