This Intellectual Property (IP) Policy explains how Digisoft AI Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) manages ownership, usage rights, and protection of intellectual property related to our AI solutions, automation workflows, chatbots, voice assistants, analytics, designs and content.
1. Our Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Digisoft AI Solutions retains full ownership of:
- AI workflows, automation logic and N8N scenarios
- Chatbot flows, conversation designs and prompts
- Voice bot scripts and call flows
- Custom-built AI models and integrations
- Source code, scripts and configuration files
- Dashboards, layouts and internal tools
- Website design, branding, logos and visual assets
- Documentation, training materials and guides
These items are protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark and IP laws.
2. Client Usage Rights
Upon purchase or subscription, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use:
- AI chatbots and voice assistants configured for their business
- Automation workflows deployed on their systems
- Reports, dashboards and insights shared with them
These rights are granted solely for the client’s internal business purposes and subject to active payment and compliance with our terms.
3. Restrictions on Use
Clients may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute or sublicense our AI solutions or workflows
- Copy or clone automation logic for use by third parties
- Reverse engineer or decompile proprietary configurations
- Remove branding, credits or ownership notices without permission
- Claim ownership over our original code, designs or scripts
4. Client-Owned Content & Data
The following are considered the client’s intellectual property:
- Business data and records
- Customer information and lists
- Brand name, logo and identity assets (provided by client)
- Custom content, FAQs and documents supplied by the client
We do not claim ownership over client-owned data or trademarks. We only use them to deliver services as agreed.
5. Joint or Custom Works
In some cases, custom AI models, flows or assets may be developed specifically for a client. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:
- We retain ownership of the underlying framework, logic and reusable components.
- The client receives usage rights for their specific implementation.
6. Open-Source & Third-Party Components
Our solutions may use open-source libraries, third-party APIs or frameworks under their respective licenses.
- We respect the licenses and conditions of such tools.
- Clients must also comply with the terms of those third-party providers.
7. Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names of Digisoft AI Solutions are proprietary and may not be used without written permission.
Client logos and brand names remain their property and are used only for service delivery and portfolio (if permitted).
8. Portfolio & Case Studies
We may showcase anonymized results, screenshots or case studies of successful projects for marketing or educational purposes, unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
9. Reporting IP Infringement
If you believe your intellectual property is being misused or infringed through our services, please contact us with:
- Proof of ownership
- Details of the infringement
- Links or screenshots of the issue
We will review and take appropriate action where necessary.
10. Breach of IP Policy
Any misuse, copying, unauthorized sharing or commercial exploitation of our IP may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of agreement
- Legal action and claims for damages
11. Policy Changes
We may update this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
